• All US orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking (emailed to you as soon as your item ships)

• At this time we are not offering international shipping, but plan to in the near future!

• Orders are processed immediately and typically ship the same day (Mon - Sat) if in stock and the order is received before 1 pm, otherwise it will ship the next business day.

• Though we always try to avoid delays, some products may sell out sooner than expected and will be marked "Out of Stock" while Liz works on creating more inventory. Some items are available for pre-order until the site is updated. If the product is out of stock, please allow 2-3 business days for production, unless otherwise noted. Any additional delays or restrictions will be noted on the site banner or in the product details.

• We cannot be held liable for damage during shipping transit, however, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at peppermintroseliz@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund.
